Have you planned a lesson to teach the date? Have you wondered how am I going to teach the date in Spanish? Teaching the date doesn’t have to be a huge lesson. It can be taught by asking the date daily through calendar talk. Using calendar talk is my favorite way to introduce the date because it’s very organic. I especially love using national days to calendar talk.
However, some student thrive with written activities and reinforcement. I wanted to share the Spanish date activities I’ve used to give students practice with dates and days of the week.
