Weekend chat is a great way to build relationships with students and to have students build relationships with each other. It is also the perfect way to reinforce structures that will help students express themselves about real life in the target language.

Who played with fortune tellers are a kid? 🙋🏽‍♀️ I definitely did! I used to make them with all types of questions. This resource is a great way to get students chatting in Spanish about their weekend plans. All the questions use the student ¿Vas a…?, ¿Quieres?, and ¿Qué planes tienes? to talk about plans for the weekend. Each questions has an illustration to help students make connections.
