Check out these March activities for Spanish class that give your students reading comprehension and opportunities to have fun and collaborate.
César Chávez Reading Passage and Extension Activities
Did you know that César Chávez day is March 31st? – Students read about César Chávez and his contributions to his community and the United States with this reading passage. This passage has version in Spanish and English so that you can differentiate based on your students needs. In addition, there are comprehension activities that are also in English and Spanish.
Have you ever had students do a quiz quiz trade style activity? The Prueba y Pasa here is a great way to get students up and moving while reviewing in the target language (or English).
This would be a great add in before or after watching the César Chávez movie.
