I’ll forever love using cognates with students. It’s such a confidence builder. That’s why I love to have a variety of activities with Spanish cognates to make students feel supported. Students will feel even more supported and confident with these Spanish cognates self-checking task cards.
Questions are created to test student comprehension and recognition of cognates. All questions and instructions are written in very comprehensible Spanish. Students are also supported with definitions of terms that are not cognates. These Spanish cognates self-checking task cards will be a definite confidence builder for your Spanish 1 students and a great review for returning students.
This bundle includes a variety of task cards. Each set has a different number of questions with a variety of question types. Question types included are multiple choice, complete the phrase, matching, which doesn’t belong and more.
